When does the warehouse open?
Our Istanbul fulfillment warehouse opens very soon. If you apply now, we plan your product intake together so you are ready on opening day.
What is fulfillment?
Fulfillment means handing storage, order preparation, packing, shipping and returns management to a service provider.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is tiered by monthly shipment volume; the unit price drops as volume grows. Product size and special packing needs are listed in your quote. There is no setup fee and no fixed monthly subscription.
Which carrier agreement is used?
Marketplace orders ship under the marketplace’s own carrier agreement. For orders from your own store, we agree a suitable carrier option together.
How are returns handled?
Returns come straight back to the warehouse, are inspected and restocked with your approval. Damaged items are reported separately.
How do I track my stock?
You track stock, orders and shipments live in the Fulfbase panel.
Is there a commitment or minimum contract term?
No. You pay for what you use and can take your products back and leave at any time.
